K-Pop Superstar hopefuls have two extra weeks for a chance to become the next K-Pop Sensation!

Singapore, Sep 26 – tvN has exciting news to everyone who thought they missed the deadline to enter the tvN K-Pop Star Hunt! Due to an overwhelming response to the competition, tvN is announcing a new extended deadline to Sunday, Oct 9th 2011! K-Pop fans between the ages of 11 to 29 in Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand will have two more weeks to upload their original, individual song-and-dance routines onto the official website of tvN K-Pop Star Hunt (www.tvnstarhunt.com) for their chance to become a CUBE trainee.

Since tvN K-Pop Star Hunt debuted in mid-August, thousands of amazing videos have poured in from the five countries, among which Taiwan and Philippines lead the way in the total number of entries. With diverse song choices, stunning voices and captivating dances, the aspiring superstars are continually turning up the heat on the competition, making it an exciting but difficult job to pick the Top 100 from each country for the local auditions! The hottest video entries are posted on the respective country pages so don’t forget to check out the website daily to see who has the most popular videos. The Top 100 contestants and local audition dates will also be announced on the website soon.
