KBS announced once again that JYJ is still not allowed to perform or promote on "Music Bank."

Back in May, KBS barred JYJ from appearing on their music program and explained, “JYJ’s lawsuit has yet to come to an end, and KBS is objectively observing this lawsuit… From a business perspective, however, allowing a celebrity who is in the midst of a legal dispute to appear on a broadcast can have a negative impact. Therefore, their appearance on ‘Music Bank’ will not be allowed.”

KBS also stated that JYJ were not allowed to appear on "Music Bank" because they had not officially released an album, "If they release their album, they will enter the charts."

Now that JYJ released an official album, they revive the petitions, however KBS still setting back and issued another statement.

"Although the official album and the injunction situation has changed, the lawsuit between SM and JYJ is still in process. Entertainers who are in litigations can effect the results of the lawsuits if they appear on TV. We will watch the development of the events and then we will decide about their appearances"

In response, C-JeS entertainment stated, "We feel sorry that KBS didn’t keep their promise to the public. As we said before, JYJ is in litigation about their unfair contracts but the court ruled that JYJ should be guaranteed entertainment activities. KBS should present proof about their fair judgement of appearance to all the entertainers. We think if KBS respects the court’s judgement, they should follow ruling."

"If KBS respects the decision of the courts, they need to carry out the court’s decision, which state that JYJ is free to carry out their promotions. They should fulfill their duty as a public broadcast station"
