Yesterday, former G.O.D member Kim Tae Woo surprised fans with his unexpected announcement of his upcoming marriage. The announcement came in the form of handwritten letter which was uploaded on his official fancafe.

Kim Tae Woo wrote, "I, Kim Tae Woo, am getting married. And we will soon be saying hello to my first child."

He continued, "I am sure most of you are quite shocked by this unexpected announcement, but the woman I will be marrying is just an ordinary person. I kept it a secret from everyone until now because I wanted to respect her privacy and her life."

Later that day however, a representative of Kim Tae Woo revealed more details about his fiancee. He said that the bride-to-be has studied overseas and is a student at Ehwa Women's University. She worked as a researcher at Seoul University's Life Sciences Research Center. The couple met last year through jazz singer Yoon Heejeong and dater for a year and a half.

Meanwhile, Kim Tae Woo's wedding ceremony will be held at Seoul's Sheraton Grande Walkerhill Hotel on December 26th. It will be attended only by his family and close friends.
