Secret's leader Hyosung suffered serious injuries on both legs after falling down the stairs.

On November 23rd, TS Entertainment revealed that Hyosung has ruptured the cartilage in her left knee and fractured the top side of her right foot from the fall. Her both legs were in casts and her doctor recommended 4 weeks of treatment.

Due to the unfortunate accident, Hyosung will not be able to take part on her scheduled activities including the ceremony for their appointment as promotional ambassadors for the Hallyu Expo today and the 2011 Melon Music Awards set for tomorrow.

The agency explained, "We will have to reschedule her activities because of her injuries but for the time being, we plan to focus on her recovery."
