With her full-blast comeback, IU attracted attention by confessing she suffered from a hair loss problem during the preparation for her second album "Last Fantasy".
During an interview with a media source on November 29th, IU revealed, "While I was preparing my second album, I found out I had a penny-size empty spot on the back of my head from alopecia areata." She added, "To be honest I suffered from a headache maybe because I was always trying to bear many things. And in the end, a penny-sized hole of my bare skin appeared on my head".

The title track "You and I" is a fairytale song which was written by songwriters Lee Min Soo and Kim Ee Na.
