Known as the “Nation’s Little Sister” in Korea, 18 year old IU will be holding a live at Tokyo’s Bunkamura Orchard Hall on January 24, 2012.

Those who purchase the first press limited edition of her Japanese Pre-Debut album “I □U” (released on December 14th) will get a special invite to . This will be IU’s first showcase in Japan.

IU hopes that fans will be able to hear her musicianship and singing clearly, so the Orchard Hall was specifically chosen since it is known as the ‘Palace of the Arts’. In addition to that, IU will be the youngest K-POP artist to perform there.

On November 29, 2011, IU released her 2nd album “Last Fantasy” in Korea and monopolized the real-time online music charts with all 13 new tracks from her album; a record-breaking achievement.

IU’s Japanese Pre-Debut album will also include a DVD of never-before-seen documentary footage called “I with U – The Story of IU –”. The DVD is around one hour long and includes interviews with IU and staff and all of her music videos up until now.
