YG Entertainment is currently in preparations for the upcoming "YG 15th Anniversary Family Concert" tour in Japan to be held in Kyocera Dome in Osaka on January 7th and 8th. The next concerts will be held at the Super Arena in Saitama on the 21st to 22nd and expected to draw over 160,000 fans in total.
The agency has estimated to rake in a revenue of over $26 million USD after performing in just two cities. On each concert ticket sold for $160, the ticket sales from their Japanese shows alone will most likely be over $26 million USD. Adding the concert merchandise sales to the total gross, it is expected to surpass the $27 million USD mark.
YG artists wrapped up their rehearsal on the 2nd, and will be departing to Japan starting this week.
