Singer IU has been chosen as the artist most likely to become the biggest star of the industry in 2012.

MBC Everyone's "Weekly Idol" recently conducted a survey titled "The Idols That Will Make it Big in 2012 Best 10". The survey was participated by currently active idols including Wonder Girls, T-ara, Secret, Brown Eyed Girls and B1A4 and revealed teenage singer IU as their favorite pick.

Secret's Song Jieun remarked, "I think IU’s reign as the nation’s younger sister will transcend into Japan this year". Narsha of Brown Eyed Girls added, "IU has a face that appeals to the Japanese public."

The other celebrities on the list include T-ara's Jiyeon, B2ST's Kikwang and JYJ's Junsu. The full list will be revealed on January 7th episode of MBC Everyone's "Weekly Idol".
