이들 팬은 "오히려 구하라의 팔찌는 다른 '비스트' 멤버인 양요섭, 장현승 것과 같은 디자인인데 그럼 그들과 사귄다는 얘기냐"면서 "'빅뱅' 권지용(지드래곤), '티아라' 효민도 같은 팔찌를 차고 있는데 그건 또 뭐냐"고 설명하기도 했다. 이들은 양요섭(22) 등이 팔찌를 착용한 사진을 찾아 인터넷에 게재해놓고 자신들이 옳다고 강조하고 있다.

한편, 27일 커뮤니티 게시판에는 '용준형-구하라 커플팔찌야?'라는 제목으로 비스트의 팬들이 찍은 용준형의 사진과 SBS TV '인기가요' MC인 구하라의 모습을 캡처한 사진을 나란히 놓은 게시물이 올랐다. 사진 속 두 사람은 오른팔에 모두 실버팔찌를 착용하고 있어 지난해 1월 연인 사이임을 밝힌 이들의 커플팔찌라는 해석이 나왔다.
