Kang Minhyuk, member of Korean rock band CNBLUE will once again challenge himself in acting.

The new weekend drama, “You Who Rolled In Unexpectedly”, which was written by Park Ji-eun and directed by Kim Hyuksuk, will start its broadcast on February 25 and Kang Minhyuk is expected to join the cast.

Several news media has reported that Kang Minhyuk will join “You Who Rolled In Unexpectedly” cast.

TVDaily contacted the agency, FNC Music, on January 30 and they said, “It seems like he’s going to be in the prominent cast. We have yet to sign the contract, but currently it’s being finalized. Maybe we can confirm it within this week.”

“You Who Rolled In Unexpectedly” is a story about an orphaned career woman, Hong Yoon Hee (Kim Namju) who met and married the perfect eligible surgeon, Bang Gwi Nam (Yu Junsang). However their married life is not as they imagined it would be due to the incidents caused by Gwi Nam’s grandfather.

Meanwhile Kang Minhyuk has shown his good acting ability in the movie “Acoustic” (with fellow CNBLUE member Lee Jonghyun), “It’s Okay, Daddy’s Daughter” and “Heartstrings” (with CNBLUE leader, Jung Yonghwa).
