Nongshim company is putting all their efforts to prosper in the international and domestic markets. They had recently signed contracts with popular KPOP artists BEAST and IU to excel in the competitive market.
According to the report released on the 20th, Nongshim had held hands with the idol group BEAST, who are currently creating a fever in Japan, to target the Japanese market.
Currently, BEAST is chosen as one of the KPOP stars that continue to rise in popularity in Japan. After debuting in Japan last year, they had grown as a group by placing high positions in the Oricon charts.
Nongshim will be using BEAST to represent the Shin ramen brand and will also be launching a new model of noodles titled ‘Shin Ramen Long Noodles’ for the first time in the Japanese market.
Nongshim representatives stated, “The sales of Shin ramen brands are rising in Japan currently and while BEAST endorses the noodles, we will also be launching ‘Shin Ramen Long Noodles’ for the first time.”
Nongshim is anticipating to see a rise in sales since BEAST fans continue to grow in Japan. In addition their marketing techniques in Korea will heighten as well.
In addition, Nongshim also plans to recruit IU as their endorser.
