Nowadays, we can acknowledge the popularity of the Korean idols by the total of CDs and concert tickets sold and also from the votes from audiences. All those could tell the public about how hot of an item are they, their songs’ quality and their performances. And as for the new artists, this could be interpreted as what their future holds.
In order to get votes from  fans, the idols have to pay extra attention (to their performance) and do good job in delivering the music.  This could ensure them to be on the top of the chart.
And from every chart (of music programs) CNBLUE is the number one band who can climb to the top of the chart in the shortest time. It only took them 15 days after their debut and the song I Am A Loner was #1 on the music charts.
The second place is Miss A, they topped the chart 22 days after their debut with Bad Girl Good Girl. 2NE1 is third, topping the chart 40 days after debut and fourth is  FTISLAND, they topped the chart with “Love Sick“, 55 days after debut.
Although nowadays many idols can be on top of the music charts but some were not as lucky.  Even so, that doesn’t mean they are not accepted by the audiences. Some idols spent a year to reach the top and fans praise their effort and for not being discouraged.
