Hallyu group Super Junior members Donghae and Eunhyuk rose to #2 on the Oricon Daily Chart with Japanese version of their hit duet single “Oppa Oppa”.
According to Oricon, “Oppa Oppa”, which was officially released on April 4th, debuted at #2 on the Oricon Daily Singles Chart after selling 42,114 copies of the album.
The duo unit proved their arising popularity in Japan by stepping over Fairies with a considerably large gap and is closely following the trail of Japan’s legendary rock group B’z.
“Oppa Oppa” was first performed by the duo during the Super Junior's world tour, ‘Super Show 4’, back in November of last year and was promoted briefly through weekly music programs.
