Big Bang is crowned 'double platinum' in Taiwan.

Warner Music, the distributor of Big Bang's 'Alive' album in Taiwan, announced that Big Bang has achieved 'double platinum' in Taiwan. Although they have never visited Taiwan, their result is brilliant there.

As a representative of Korea, Big Bang has recently ranked first in various important Taiwan music charts, such as the best selling chart of 'G-Music,', 'Five Music' for one week. They do especially well in 'G-Music' since  the sales of their album have accounted for 22.28 percent of all the sales of the albums on the chart.

Big Bang music is also strong in the mobile music charts. They captured 1st place in the K-Pop category of 'eZPeer' and 'Blue' captured the first place on 'Taiwan Mobile' chart.

Moreoever, the MTVof 'Bad Boy' also topped the weekly K Pop chart on the local music channel, Taiwan MTV.

Warner Music said, 'because there is a lack of albums of good quality, their album fits in and enjoy great popularity in Taiwan.'

The 5th mini album of Big Bang is a hit in Korea and all over the world. The MV of 'Blue', 'Bad Boy' and 'Fantastic Baby' have already surpassed 40 million hits.

Big Bang will have their first visit to Taiwan for promotion on 9th and 10th.
