singer Ivy, who has been largely absent from the music scene since the release of her 2009 album “Touch Me”, will finally be making her comeback with new mini-album “Interview”.
After finally settling her long-time lawsuit, Ivy has signed an exclusive contract with Polaris Entertainment which is the same agency as Kim Bum Soo. Upon signing the contract, she immediately start working with songwriters and producers and recording new songs.
Polaris Entertainment revealed, “This mini album will be comprised entirely of ballad or medium-tempo songs. In her past activities Ivy’s ballads received a lot of love from fans. As her singing abilities, emotional conveyance and appeal have grown tremendously, we decided it would be perfect for a ballad song.”
On April 10th, Ivy updated her official website with a comeback teaser. The website shows a silhouette of the singer and the marked date “2012.04.27 FRI", the date of Ivy’s long-awaited comeback.
