In the absence of SBS “Rooftop Prince” and MBC “The King 2Hearts” due to the 19th General Elections in Korea, KBS2’s “The Equator Man” recorded its highest viewership ratings.

According to the AGB Nielsen Media Research, the April 11 broadcast of “The Equator Man” recorded a 14.3% viewership ratings, a 4.1% increase from the 10.2% ratings of its previous broadcast. It appears the drama greatly benefited from the suspension of “Rooftop Prince” and “The King 2Hearts”.

“The Equator Man” unravels the theme of the human desire and confronts conflicts caused by love and forgiveness. It follows the life of Kim Sun Woo (Uhm Tae Woong), who goes on to become a successful CEO.
