After a year of being away from the K-Pop radar, the five charismatic ladies of 4minute finally made their long-awaited comeback with “Volume Up”. Following their dominance on local music charts, 4minute makes its waves on Chinese music charts as well.

O April 18th, China’s largest music portal site, YinYueTai.com, has revealed 4minute’s “Volume Up” is number one on its weekly chart for a second week in a row. The music video for the hot track generated huge amounts of interest from viewers, topping real-time streaming and download charts.

The girls have transformed into charismatic goddesses with a powerful dance and captured Chinese viewers at once with the upgraded image. Reaching the top of the Yinyuetai chart is especially significant as it reflects on the popularity based on number of downloads and views.
