After nearly four weeks since their long-awaited comeback, legendary group Shinhwa finally won their first trophy for their latest track “Venus” on the April 19th episode of Mnet’s ‘M! Countdown.’ The boys sent out personal messages to thanked fans for their support.

On the same day, Shinhwa updated their official Twitter with a message saying, “1st place! Made possible by all of you~! Thank you!” The group also attached the above photo, showing the members having their celebration.

Each members also left personal messages to their fans. Eric wrote, “We know everyone was determined to give us 1st place this week~ Gratefully receiving it, thank you♥”. Hye Sung also wrote, “Thank you all very very much for the 1st place present that you gave us~ Shinhwa forever♥”

Jun Jin added, “I felt the members tearing up onstage. I was holding back my tears but thank you to all the fans from the bottom of my heart for letting me feel such emotions^^”. Andy said, “Thanks to everyone, we got first place. Always grateful and we will present ourselves even better from now on. I love you~”

MinWoo also wrote a message saying, “Everyone’s heart, Shinhwa’s heart, are the same^^ Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the kanji fans and we will remain as your Shinhwa right until the end! I love you♥” while DongWan wrote a simple yet sincere, “Thank you~!!”
