Singer Lee Hyori recently revealed that her mother shed tears when she found out about her relationship with Lee Sang Soon.

On the April 23rd episode of SBS “Healing Camp”, Lee Hyori spoke about her relationship for the first time. Lee Hyori stated, “The moment we revealed our relationship, my mother and even Lee Sang Soon’s mother showed tears.”

She added, “My mother cried because he was ugly, and his mother cried because of an article that described us as the ‘Beauty and the Beast.’”

“After we went public with our relationship, all people could talk about was his appearance. I was so upset”, the singer continued.

Lee Hyori added, “In my eyes he is the best looking.”
