Actress Kang Sora has become the new face of Kooksoondang Brewery’s rice beer.

“Kang is positioned in the minds of consumers as a vibrant actress who is glowing with health. We thought this image aligned perfectly with our brand’s image,” said a spokesperson from the brewery.
With Kang as its new face, the company hopes to attract the interest of consumers in their 20s and 30s.

The actress, who rose to stardom from her role in last year’s movie “Sunny,” will represent the brand for a year.
On April 26, Kang won the “Most Popular Actress” award in the film category of the Paeksang Arts Award.
