A part of 9th grade text book has been posted by Japanese netizen on Twitter, which features a picture of Jang Geun Suk on the page.
The content of the school book is 'Globalization" which explains the trading between countries and the cultural exchange that happens in the process. Jang Geun Suk was introduced as the star representing Korea.
Moreover, Jang Geun Suk was introduced in the junior year school books as well as the Korean Hallyu star along with England’s Emma Watson.
Jang Geun Suk appears in many comics and animations as well. Similarly, Bae Yong Joon who enjoys incredible popularity in Japan, has characters based on him in manga ‘Holy Drop.’
