The ’90s boy band Shinhwa, which recently staged a comeback, held its first concert in Japan in more than four years.
The band performed Tuesday and Wednesday at Yokohama Arena under the banner “2012 Shinhwa Grand Tour In Japan - The Return.”
At the long anticipated concert, the band sang all of its hit songs, including “Wild Eyes,” “Perfect Man” and “Your Wedding.” In addition, the band performed tracks from its new album, “The Return.”
Member Lee Min-woo also took the time to promote the band’s TV program on the JTBC network.
“In Korea, we take part in a weekly show where we get to not only sing, but also take part in various activities. It’s like having a concert every week,” said Lee. “We promise to be back next year with a better album and even better performance.”
Lee thanked Japanese fans for their support, calling them “the best fans ever.”
