No doubt Changmin of 2AM is proud and happy with the end result of his hard work and discipline. On the 13th of June, Changmin updated his twitter account and shared, "I did my very best and the result did not disappoint me, Im ready for this summer!" and shared a couple of photo's of him.

On his photo you can see him showing off his perfectly toned abs with the gym equipment's in his background. It seems that Changmin, although already fit and muscular have still been maintaining a strict diet and keeping fit in the gym resulting to his perfectly toned muscles. Netizens commented, "Is that a tattoo on his abs?", "He looks so hot and sexy", "He doesnt need to be exercising he's already muscular before but he looks so good now".
