On June 18th, Teen Top launched the start of their Japan tour by successfully finishing their ‘High Touch’ event with about 5000 fans in attendance. The event was held in Tokyo, Japan at the Lazona Kawasaki Grand Stage.
To celebrate Teen Top's debut in Japan this week, the group invited 1,000 fans who bought their album, which was released before the group officially debuted in Japan. The fans ranged from students in school uniforms to those who carried their children with them.
Thousands of fans who couldn’t attend the event are reported to have looked at Teen Top from a distance.
An official of Universal Music stated, “Since Teen Top has become a popular group among Japanese teens, they received an explosive response. Through the result of the event, Teen Top is eagerly anticipating their next step in Japan.”
Teen Top will be performing in Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo for their “TEEN TOP ZEPP TOUR 2012” starting on June 19, 2012.
