Recently, there was a rumor that former Sugar member Ayumi is in a relationship with popular Jpop artist Gackt and looks like these rumors have received different reactions from Koreans and Japanese. On the 27th of June broadcast of SBS "Midnight TV Entertainment" they interviewed random citizens walking in the streets in Japan particularly in Shibuya and Tokyo.

They were asked what they think of the rumors and what if Ayumi and Gackt were to get married one day. They answered, "Thats cool", "That sounds nice for them" and some of them havent even heard about the rumor and seemed confused when asked about the question. The Japanese's reaction was quite different from the Koreans when the rumor broke, Ayumi and Gackt were the top searched topic on search engines and were the talk of the town.
