When news of So Young’s ‘graduation’ from After School was revealed, health and academic reasons were cited as the cause. Various rumors for So Young’s exit from the group were also spread online which caused great interest from netizens.

A major rumor regarding her ‘graduation’ is that So Young was bullied into leaving the group. In a recent televison broadcast So Young commented on her withdrawal and joked that Kahi was stern which made the subject a hot topic again. This is a rumor So Young has called ‘ridiculous‘ and was surpised by this speculation when it arose three years ago.

Even though So Young has made statements in the past dispelling the bullying rumors, they continue to follow her. Because of Kahi’s ‘graduation’ announcement and their recent appearances together in the drama ‘Dream High 2′, interest in So Young’s relationship with the After School members has increased.
