The official poster for the upcoming MBC fantasy-historic drama ‘Arang and the Magistrate’ has been released.

On July 16th, MBC released the official poster featuring the two leads, Shin Min Ah and Lee Jun Ki. The ethereal and romantic poster shows Shin Min Ah, as Arang the maiden ghost, floating in the air as Lee Jun Ki, as the magistrate Eun Oh, reaching out for her.

‘Arang and the Magistrate’ is based on a Korean folklore about a young woman ghost named Arang who comes before a magistrate and pleads for him to right her wrongful death. The drama will premiere on August 15th.
