KBS 2TV’s popular weekly music program ‘Music Bank’ has cancelled its August 3rd broadcast in light for the upcoming 2012 London Olympics.

On July 25th, KBS officials announced, “The August 3rd ‘Music Bank’ episode will be cancelled due to the Olympics. During the time slot of the show, archery, fencing and table tennis events will be shown.”

They continued, “This is the only time the show will be cancelled. ‘Music Bank’ will continue to broadcast normally on other days.”

The 2012 London Olympic will hold its official opening ceremony on July 28th.
