2PM’s Nichkhun has come to a settlement agreement with the motorcyclist that he hit while driving under the influence.

On August 2, a representative of 2PM’s agency JYP Entertainment stated, “On July 31, Nichkhun and the motorcyclist involved in the accident came to an agreement and made a settlement.”

Despite the two parties having reached a settlement, the rep added, “Nichkhun will still adhere to his original plans and will not be participating in the upcoming ‘JYP Nation’ concert. He has no plans for any activities for the time being either.”

The traffic investigation department at Kangnam Police Station has stated that they have no plans to call Nichkhun in for investigations for the time being.
