As the T-ara controversy slowly settled down, Hyomin will finally be making her first public appearance next week.

Hyomin is set to attend the production press conference for her upcoming MBC’s fantasy sitcom, “The Thousandth Man”. She will be joining other casts at the MBC Dream Center in Ilsan on August 14th.

Other attendees include Kang Ye Won, Lee Chun Hee, Jun Mi Sun, Seo Kyung Suk, Park Jung Hak, and INFINITE’s Woohyun. MBC stated, “Depending on the cast members’ schedules, some cast members may not be able to attend.”

Hyomin’s first appearance since the controversy is attracting attention as many are curious if the T-ara member will address or mention the incident during the event.

“The Thousandth Man”, set to air on August 17, tells the story of a nine-tailed fox that must feed on 999 livers from men in order to become a human. Played by Hyomin, the nine-tailed fox struggles to find the 1,000th liver, which has to come from the man she truly loves.
