We previously reported that actress Moon Geun Young has been offered the leading role in the upcoming SBS weekend drama, “Chungdamdong Alice.” Her agency, Namoo Actors has now confirmed the actress’ casting.

According to the agency on August 23, Moon Geun Young will be playing the role of Han Se Kyung in the new drama “Chungdamdong Alice”. This will mark her comeback in two years as she has been taking a long break from acting in the small screen after starring in “Marry Me, Mary” in 2010.

“Chungdam-dong Alice”, which is based on Lee Hye Kyung’s “Chungdamdong Audrey”, it is about a mysterious woman who has been camping out in front of a high quality brand store and the man who owns it.

The drama is slated to make its premiere after “Five Finger” ends the run in December.
