Singer-actor Rain, who is currently serving the military, has made a surprise appearance at the screening of his own movie, ‘R2B: Return to Base’.

On August 22, the movie screening for ‘R2B: Return to Base’ took place at a CGV movie theater in Wangsimni in Seoul. All of the main cast members were to appear and meet up with the fans, but Rain’s appearance wasn’t notified beforehand.

During the event, Kim Sung Soo suddenly said, “If you are a soldier, raise your hand”, and Rain, who was sitting in the audience stood up and greeted everyone.

Rain said, “I’m currently a soldier, so I can’t stand in front of you in an official setting. Please understand.”

Meanwhile, Rain will be returning to his camp on August 23rd.
