Singer Huh Gak will be making his return to the same show that made him a star as a judge.
According to Mnet on August 23, “Huh Gak participated as a special judge during the preliminaries for ‘Superstar K4’ held in Incheon this past July.”
The singer is the first contestant to revisit the program as a judge. Not only does Huh Gak have a connection to the show, but he has a special connection with Incheon as it’s where he first auditioned for the show.
Huh Gak shared, “Now that I’m here to judge, I don’t understand how I could sing in such a nervous, stressful situation. I tried my best to encourage every participant in pursuing his or her dreams and hopes as a judge.”
A staff of the show stated, “As an alumnus of Superstar K, Huh Gak provided a lot of critiques that were well understood and received by the participants. Huh Gak fit well as a judge just as well as he fits as a singer.”
The preliminary rounds of ‘Superstar K4’ featuring Huh Gak as a judge will be airing on August 24 at 11pm KST on Mnet.
