Having been appointed as the new host for Mnet's weekly music program, ‘M! Countdown’, FT Island’s frontman Lee Hongki expressed his excitement by painting ‘M! Countdown’ on his nails.

Hongki posted on his Twitter, “Babies, will you come see me every week?”, and attached a photo of his thumb with special ‘M! Countdown’ manicure in honor of becoming the new MC of the music program.

On August 30, Hongki will begin his MC duties as well as peform a special stage. He will be singing singer Boa’s hit song “No. 1.”
