After becoming a worldwide phenomenon, Psy’s “Gangnam Style” has nabbed the honor of having the most-viewed K-Pop music video on Youtube.

According to Youtube, “Gangnam Style” had over 85 million views since its release back in July. The talented singer surpassed Girls’ Generation’s “Gee” record, which held the crown for quite some time with the highest views for a K-pop music video.

The music video for “Gee”, which released on June 8, 2009, has recorded a total of 84 million views. While “Gangnam Style” already rackep up over 85 million mark in just 50 days, proving the unparalled popularity of Psy’s unique and hilarious hit.
