Psy, who made a meteoric rise to internet superstardom with viral hit “Gangnam Style”, will be starring on MBC’s special documentary titled, ‘Rising to Stardom! Gangnam Style’.

According to an MBC representative, ‘Rising to Stardom! Gangnam Style’, which has been in preparation since last month, will air on September 21st and feature the stories behind Psy’s rise to stardom.

The documentary will include an in-depth look at the overwhelming response it has been receiving in various parts of the world. It will also feature footage of his summer concert as well as his promotional trip to the United States.

The documentary will air on MBC on September 21.
