Actress Park Shin Hye has been appointed as promotional ambassador of the upcoming ‘49th Daejong Film Awards’, alongside actor Joo Sang Wook. The two attended the appointment ceremony held at the Plaza Hotel in Seoul on September 13th.

During an interview, Park Shin Hye remarked, “I am honored to be named as the PR ambassador of the Daejong Film Awards. I will do my best to make it an all-embracing ceremony.” Actor Joo Sang Wook also expressed his excitement saying, “I will try hard to make the ceremony enjoyable for people in the movie industry and for everyone who loves Korean films.”

Park Shin Hye was also asked whether or not she would like to act in a movie with Joo Sang Wook. She replied, “I’ve already acted in a drama with Joo Sang Wook, so I guess it would be okay if we are separated for a while”, giving laughter to the audience.

The 49th Daejong Film Awards will take place on October 30th.
