Even with numerous girl groups Orange Caramel is definitely noticeable with a unique identity. The group constantly wears bright colors with cute and sporty like cartoon visuals and trendy youthful costumes that make their dance performances aided by sensual and upbeat melodies come alive.
When asked about their music video for “Lipstick” who showcased the groups ping pong skills Lizzy stated that her, “…table tennis skill is all CG(computer graphics) power” and cutely replied how embarrassed she was of all the strikes she got while trying to play the game.
To maintain Orange Caramel’s unique identity they are constantly trying out new fashions and concepts. For this albums concept Nana bravely admitted that ”Honestly, at first I felt awkward. Stage costumes…the song, the choreography, too…But now I’m relaxed and I’m glad.”

All three members of Orange Caramel have different charms that mesh well together and is the secret to the groups popularity. Raina the leader and main vocal is lovely and like a cute cartoon character. Nana takes the visual role being responsible for the saucy, sexy and cute but demure look while Lizzy as the youngest has a fun (some may say devilish) and refreshing charm that stands out.
Orange Caramel’s fist Japanese single “My Sweet Devil” was recently released and received a favorable response. Because of this the group will follow up with more promotions in Japan this November by releasing their second Japanese single.
On individual levels each member of Orange Caramel has solo aspirations. Lizzy who is currently majoring in composition at Kyunghee University stated that “living well and I want to MC. Also my goal is to be an all-round entertainer” when asked what she wanted in the future. Already a successful model Nana revealed she wants to try her hand at becoming an actress by saying, “I want to work as an actor. Being various characters steadily as an actor… “. Raina who has proven herself as a talented vocalist is hoping for a solo album.
