Psy has confirmed that he will belt out “Gangnam Style” half-naked in front of Seoul’s city hall.

On October 2nd, Psy held his free concert with Cyworld titled ‘Let’s Play with Psy’ at Seoul Olympic Indoor Stadium. At the concert, he stated, “The result will come out on the 4th. I’m currently ranked 2nd, and the ranking might go either up or down”, talking about his rank on Billboard Hot 100.

Psy, who had pledged to dance topless in front of a massive number of crowd if the hit single tops the chart, continued, “No matter what the result is, I’ll keep my pledge, because it’s still a precious achievement.”

He will perform topless version of “Gangnam Style” at the Seoul Plaza this Thursday at 9 PM (KST).
