The “Asia’s Prince” Jang Geun Suk’s “2012 Jang Guen Suk Asian Tour The CRI Show 2” is being held with a great success!
Jang Geun Suk started the tour on July 7 in Seoul and has been in Yokohama, Shanghai, Taipei, Osaka, Nagoya, and most recently, Fukuoka, totaling seven cities and 12 concerts. The Hallyu star only has four more shows left in his Asian Tour, but it has already drawn more than 115,000 fans.
About 20,000 tickets for his show in Fukuoka were completely sold out, and he showed great excitement to see the significant growth of his popularity. He even showed Fukuoka dialect, and received great cheers from the local fans. Furthermore, he installed Fukuoka’s famous night market cart bar in front of the venue, and prepared a late night snack party to express his thanks for the staffs.
Jang Geun Suk stated, “This year feels different compared to last year. Although I’m running this tour under the same name, it’s running very differently compared to the first. I am producing each and every show based on the things I and my fans enjoy together. This is a continuous process of coming up with new ideas and concepts. While last year’s tour was a new challenge for me, this year’s tour showed me new potentials.”
