This years 2012 MAMA awards will be held in Hong Kong.

 It has been confirmed that the awards show organized by Mnet will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center on the 30th of November. Aside from the awards ceremony there will also be a huge music festival with the theme "Music Makes One" which is also the theme of the awards show.

It is not only an award show for K-pop but also recognizing different music from different countries. The past MAMA awards were held in Macau and Singapore and this year it will be held in Hong Kong, one of the center of Asian culture.
