Girls’ Generation has been chosen as the best girl group by most rocks bands.

During a rock special on MBC Music ‘Show Champion’, a poll was conducted among the 10 rock bands to determine the girl group that rock stars love. The bands who were present were Wiretap in My Ear, Pia, TransFixion, Romantic Punch, Windy City, Monni, Super Kidd, Daybreak, GoGo Star and Bye Bye Sea.

From the result of the poll, Girls’ Generation had a landslide victory over other groups like 2NE1 and f(x) who ranked 2nd and 3rd respectively.

They revealed, “There are prejudices that rockers and rock bands dislike idols, but we listen to girl groups’ songs often. If given the chance, we would like to work with girl groups.”
