On November 18, Boyfriend members held a free hug event in the busy area of Myeongdong in Seoul to show their appreciation for the fans. However, more than 1,000 fans showed up as soon as the event started, and the group had to move locations due to safety concerns.

A representative from Starship Entertainment commented, “Boyfriend wanted to have the event to thank the fans who always give them strength. However, more people than we expected showed up. We’re disappointed we had to end the event early but it’s for the safety of the fans. Next time, we’ll come back with something better.”
