To continue on from their successful debut last year, rookie group VIXX is preparing to release their latest single album on January 17. Ahead of their comeback, the boys give their fans a little treat by releasing the single, “Don’t Want to be an Idol”.

“Don’t Want to be an Idol” is an acoustic love song that would be a good chance to display VIXX members’ talented vocal abilities.

Earlier, VIXX’s N tweeted mysterious message saying, “Idol…I don’t want to be it….”, leaving fans curious and wondering if he may be looking to quit his career as a singer. However, it turns out that the message is actually a hint for their latest single.
