Psy and his smash-hit “Gangnam Style” have won three awards at the recent France’s ‘NRJ Music Awards’.

NRJ, which is a hugely popular French radio channel, held its annual ‘NRJ Music Awards’ at Cannes, France on January 27th. Psy won a special award International ‘Revelation of the Year’, while his single “Gangnam Style” also became the ‘International Song of the Year’ and its music video became the ‘Music Video of the Year’.

The singer walked the red carpet with popular superstars like Alicia Keys, Carly Rae Jepsen and Taylor Swift then followed up with an opening performance for the ceremony. Psy performed “Gangnam Style” and approximately 1,000 audience danced along the song.

Psy said, “I was thrilled to see all of you enjoying my music video. I hope my future work will keep making you happy.”
