Actress Han Hye Jin has spent close to 30 million won to fund medical care for a burn victim patient from Myanmar.
An official from NAMOO actors revealed, “Han Hye Jin participates in a great number of different volunteer works, but we were unaware of this activity. She chose to donate the money in private, and kept the deed from even her agency.”
It is said that Han Hye Jin recently heard that a girl from Myanmar is getting a surgery in Seoul. Medical costs were initially about 100 million won, but that figure was reduced to 30 million won and Han Hye Jin personally offered to cover the bill.
Han Hye Jin is a very faithful Christian, and she has been making a great number of volunteer works and donation. She is also currently active as an ambassador of World Vision.
