Lee Hong Ki to make big screen debut with ‘Passionate Goodbye’

FT Island’s vocalist Lee Hong Ki is making his debut as a movie actor.
Japanese outlets announced that Lee Hong Ki’s debut film ‘Passionate Goodbye’ (also known as ‘Phoenix, the Song of Promise’) will be premiering in Korea on May and in Japan this coming June.
‘Passionate Goodbye’ is a human-drama that tells the story of troublesome idols who realize the value of their life and music after volunteering to work with patients at hospice hospitals. Lee Hong Ki will play the lead role of idol Choong Ui, a troublesome child who has to do volunteer work at the hospice hospital.
The film also stars actors Ma Dong Suk, Lim Won Hee, Paek Jin Hee and Jeon Min Seo.
