World sensation Psy did not make it into ‘TIME 100’.
On April 18, the final list of candidates for Time Magazine’s yearly poll ‘The 100 Most Influential People in the World’ were revealed, but Psy’s name was not listed. Psy did well in terms of online votes, placing 7th out of the 151 candidates, but after the editors’ careful viewing, he did not make it onto the list.
Instead, president Park Geun Hye and Kwon Oh Hyun, who is the second chairman of Samsung Electronics, made it into the top 100 list. In addition, Scooter Braun, who is Psy’s manager in America, was ranked in the list as well.
