To celebrate her debut, Ailee held a showcase in Tokyo’s Shibuya O-East Japan’s Shibuya ahead of her new album ‘Heaven’ release in the country. The showcase opened to the cheers of 1,300 fans who had been selected by lottery. For about an hour, Ailee performed songs like “Heaven”, “Show You”, “Umbrella”, “If I Ain’t Got You” and others. For an encore, she sang “Heaven” in Japanese amidst cheers by Japanese fans. Her Japanese agency, Good Day Entertainment, said, “We had planned for around 1,000 people at the showcase, there were so many fans and experts who couldn’t get in. The interest in Ailee among Japanese fans have exceeded our expectations.” After the showcase, Ailee then spent the next few days recording television and radio shows as well as interviews. Also, commemorative events of the single release will be held in Fukuoka, Sapporo, Osaka, Nagoya and Tokyo. Meanwhile, Ailee will release her Japanese debut single ‘Heaven’ on November 6th.
