CNBlue release the 1st MV teaser of their title track 'Can't Stop' on February 19.

IN the MV teaser, the boys are surrounded with red roses scattered around while gathering together in a dark place with white confetti floating around.

There are also solo cuts of members acting emotionally like gentlemen and holding flowers. The appearance of a girl holding a blue rose suggests a love story from the plot. The song is very emotional with Yonghwa's soothing voice accompanying the piano's melody.
